To review the nomination results at the end of the nomination period, navigate to the Nomination Results page from the election’s navigation menu.
Reviewing the nominees
All nominees are listed on the Nomination Results page.
The Votes column indicates the number of electors who nominated the candidate for this position.
The Multiple Nominations column indicates when a single nominee has been nominated for more than 1 position.
The Confirmation column indicates whether the nominee has accepted or declined their nomination, if applicable (see Allow nominees to confirm their nomination).
The Status column indicates whether you have approved or disapproved the nominee (optional).
You may download the full list of nominees as a CSV file by clicking Download Nominations CSV at the bottom of the results table.
Notifying the Nominees
This feature requires the Allow nominees to confirm their nomination setting to be enabled in Election Details prior to finalization.
To notify the nominees and invite them to accept or decline their nominations, you must send an Email Blast to “Nominees that have not confirmed”.

Approving & Disapproving Nominees
If your election process requires nominations to be reviewed and validated internally, the voting system provides you with an easy way to do so directly from the Nomination Results page.
Approving candidates makes it easier to populate the final election ballot once the confirmation period has ended.
You may change a nominee's Status by clicking on the Edit button in the Action column.
On the Nomination Details page, click on the dropdown menu under Status and select Approve or Disapprove, as desired, then click Save.
A Success message will appear on screen, and the nominee’s Status will be updated on the Nomination Results page.
Editing Photos and Statements
This feature requires the Allow nominees to provide their statement and / or Allow nominees to upload their photo settings to be enabled in Election Details prior to finalization.
Once a nominee has provided a photo and / or a candidate statement, you may review and edit their submission.
To do so, from the Nomination Results page, click on the Edit button in the Action column.
On the Nomination Details page, you may replace the candidate photo under Candidate Photo by browsing for an image file on your device. To delete an existing photo, check the box next to Delete photo, then click Save.
You may also edit the candidate statement (if applicable) under Candidate Description. After any changes are made, click Save to apply the changes.
Next Steps
Once you are done processing nominations (and once the confirmation period is finished, if applicable), you may populate the election ballot.
