Vote Changing and Resets

By default, votes are final and cannot be changed once cast.

Under special circumstances, such as user error or the ineligibilty of an elector, a vote reset may be possible. Please contact support to discuss the feasibility of a vote reset.

Furthermore, some organizations allow electors to change their vote until the end of the voting period, as a normal part of their voting process. If your voting process requires vote changing to be allowed, please contact support to discuss your requirements. Note that if vote changing is enabled on your account, voting receipts will only be generated once the election is Finished.
