Tabulation of Results

By default, it is only possible to see the results of an election at the end of the voting period.

While an election is Active, the Results page shows the following message:

Votes are tabulated at the election's scheduled End Time, or when the election is ended early, whichever happens first.

However, depending on your organization's requirements, you might need results to be tabulated prior to, or later than, the election's End Time.

Live Results

Some organizations may require the ability to view election results in real-time throughout the voting period, due to their voting process, electoral bylaws, or regulatory requirements.

If you believe your election requires Live Results to be enabled, please contact support to discuss your voting requirements. If your election qualifies for this feature, Simply Voting will send you a Live Results Authorization form to fill out and sign.

Delayed Results

In some cases, you may require results to be tabulated at a later time. This additional time may be needed to allow for paper ballot processing, for in-person kiosk voting, or to comply with a requirement to tabulate votes at a specific date and time.
